【摘要】 患者女,43岁。上腹部红色皮损伴发轻度瘙痒4月余。查体:上腹泛发红色斑疹、斑片、斑丘疹及丘疹,部分皮损呈拱形或半环形排列。血TRUST 1∶16(+),TPPA(+)。皮损组织病理示∶真皮大量淋巴细胞浸润,散在浆细胞和组织细胞浸润,部分淋巴细胞异型性改变,表皮少数淋巴细胞浸润。诊断为二期梅毒。苄星青霉素治疗后皮损显著好转。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 43-year-old female presented with red rashes on abdomen with mild itching for more than 4 months. Physical examination showed generalized erythematous macules,patches,maculopapules and papules on her upper abdomen,part of lesions were arranged in arched or semi-circular pattern. Serological test revealed both TRUST( 1∶ 16) and TPPA were positive. Histopathological examination showed a large number of lymphocytes infiltrate with scattered plasma cells and histiocytes in the dermis. Some lymphocytes displayed atypia.In addition,a few lymphocytes infiltrate were observed in the epidermis. Therefore,the diagnosis of secondary syphilis was established. The skin lesions were remarkably improved after treated with intramuscular injection of benzathine with three times.更多还原
