【摘要】 目的探讨NB-UVB联合中药退白颗粒治疗寻常型白癜风的临床疗效及对外周血IL-10和TGF-β1水平的影响。方法选取48例寻常型白癜风患者,均给予NB-UVB照射治疗,2次/周,中药退白颗粒口服,2次/d,疗程为3个月,观察临床疗效;同时采用ELISA法对48例患者治疗前后外周血IL-10和TGF-β1水平进行检测,并与30例健康对照组比较。结果进展期有效率为80.77%、稳定期为50.00%,进展期有效率明显高于稳定期(P<0.05)。治疗前,进展期和稳定期患者IL-10,TGF-β1水平均低于健康对照组(P<0.01),且进展期低于稳定期(P<0.01);NB-UVB联合退白颗粒治疗后,进展期患者IL-10,TGF-β1和稳定期患者TGF-β1水平均明显上调(P<0.05)。以上差异均有统计学意义。结论白癜风患者外周血IL-10和TGF-β1水平异常可能与该病的临床表现存在相关性,且NB-UVB联合退白颗粒可能通过上调外周血IL-10和TGF-β1水平来发挥治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinic curative effect of NB-UVB combined with Tuibai granule on vitiligo vulgaris patients,then to detect the levels of IL-10 and TGF-β1in peripheral blood. Methods A total of 48 patients were treated with NB-UVB local irradiation,2 times per week,with Tuibai granule via oral administration,2 times per day,the course of treatment was 3 months. We observed the curative effect and checked the level of IL-10 and TGF-β1of the 30 cases in healthy control group and the patients of vitiligo vulgaris before and after treatments. Results The effective rate of the progressive stage was 80. 77%,the stable stage was50. 00%,the effective rate of the progressive stage were higher than the stable stage( P < 0. 05). Conclusion There would be some correlation between the levels of IL-10 and TGF-β1in the peripheral blood and clinical features of vitiligo vulgaris,NB-UVB combined with Tuibai granule may affect levels of IL-10 and TGF-β1in peripheral blood,which plays a role in the treatment of vitiligo.更多还原
