【摘要】 目的评价雷公藤多苷联合米诺环素治疗红斑、丘疹脓疱期玫瑰痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。方法入选的45例玫瑰痤疮患者通过随机数字表法随机分为两组,治疗组(23例)予口服雷公藤多苷及米诺环素,对照组(22例)仅予口服米诺环素,疗程均为6周。结果治疗结束时,治疗组有效率82.61%,对照组有效率50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中均未出现严重不良反应。结论雷公藤多苷联合米诺环素治疗玫瑰痤疮安全而有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside combined with minocycline in the patients with erythema and papulopustular acne rosacea. Methods Forty-five cases of patients with acne rosacea in accordance with the random number table were divided into two groups. Twenty-three cases of treatment group were treated with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside combined with minocycline,while 22 cases of control group were treated with minocycline. The effects were observated for 6 weeks. Results The response rates were 82. 61% and 50. 00% respectively. There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside combined with minocycline for acne rosacea is safe and effective.更多还原
