【摘要】 目的探讨中医宽胸理肺汤治疗痰浊壅肺证慢阻肺急性加重期(AECOPD)患者的临床效果。方法选取本院呼吸内科60例AECOPD患者,采用随机数字表法分为中西医组、西医组各30例,两组患者均给予吸氧、抗感染等西医基础治疗,中西医组加用宽胸理肺汤进行1个疗程(7d)的治疗。结果治疗后,中西医组患者的FEV1%pred、FEV1/FVC、SOD测定值均显著高于西医组患者(P<0.05),中西医组患者的TNF-α、CRP、LPO测定值均显著的低于西医组患者(P<0.05);治疗后,中西医组患者的中医证候积分显著的低于西医组患者(P<0.05);治疗后,中西医组患者的控显率83.33%显著的高于西医组患者的50.33%(P<0.05)。结论中医宽胸理肺汤治疗痰浊壅肺证AECOPD患者能够改善患者的肺功能、提高临床治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Kuanxiong Lifei Decoction on treatment of acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( AECOPD) patients with phlegm obstructing lung syndrome. Methods: 60 patients visiting the respiration department of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a TCM- western medicine( TCM- WM) group and a western medicine( WM) group,30 cases per group. The patients in the two groups were treated with oxygen inhalation and anti- infection,but TCM- WM group was added with Kuanxiong Lifei Decoction for 7 days( a course of treatment). Results: After the treatment,FEV1% pred,FEV1 / FVC and SOD of the patients in the TCM- WM group were significantly higher than those of the patients in WM group( P < 0. 05),and TNF- α,CRP and LPO of TCM- WM group were significantly lower than those of the patients in WM group( P < 0. 05). After the treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the patients in TCM- WM group were significantly lower than those of the patients in WM group( P < 0. 05). The control rate of TCM group was 83. 33%,significantly higher than that of WM group,50. 33%( P < 0. 05).
