【摘要】 目的建立用高效液相色谱法测定珠子参中人参皂苷R₀含量的方法。方法 SHISEIDO SPOLAR C18（5μm,4.6×250mm）色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液（34∶66）;检测波长203nm;柱温30℃,流速1.0mL/min,进样量20μl。结果对照品线性范围为0.212μg-5.300μg,相关系数0.99998,平均回收率为101.4%,RSD=2.4%（n=9）。结论该方法简便可行,重复性好,可为中药珠子参质量评价体系的建立提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a method for the determination of ginsenoside R₀ content in beads ginseng by HPLC.
