【摘要】 目的了解孕期妇女家庭暴力的发生情况,以及影响家庭暴力发生的相关因素,为相关部门制定干预措施和防治手段提供依据。方法采用整群随机抽样的方式在深圳市罗湖区选取围产期妇女7820名,采用问卷调查的方式研究孕期妇女家庭暴力发生的情况以及影响家庭暴力产生的相关因素。结果孕期妇女家庭暴力总体发生率为11.57%,心理暴力发生率为5.87%,躯体暴力发生率为3.57%,性暴力发生率为2.14%;单因素分析显示不同家庭收入、职业及文化程度是影响家庭暴力发生的主要因素,多因素Logistic分析发现家庭收入(OR=0.395),配偶酗酒(OR=3.571),配偶文化程度(OR=0.410)是影响家庭暴力发生的主要因素。结论罗湖区围产期妇女存在一定的家庭暴力发生情况,应该引起重视;家庭经济收入和职业是影响家庭暴力发生的主要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prevalence and influential factors of pregnancy domestic violence in Shenzhen,in order to provide bass for intervening measure and preventing means. Methods Cluster random sampling method was used,and 7820 pregnant women were selected in Luohu District. The information of domestic violence and its factors were surveyed by questionnaire.Results The prevalence rate of domestic violence during pregnancy was 11. 57%,and the emotional violence was 5. 87%,the physical violence was 3. 57%,the sexual violence was 2. 14%. The single factor analysis showed family income,occupation and educational level were the main influencing factors. The Logistic analysis showed that family income( OR = 0. 395),educational level( OR = 0. 410) and mate drinking( OR = 3. 571) were the influencing factors for domestic violence. Conclusion Domestic violence during pregnancy was exist in Luohu District,it should be paid more attention on domestic violence,and family income and occupation were the main influencing factors.更多还原
