【摘要】 代县和繁峙县是国家体育总局定点扶贫开发规划工作的重点帮扶对象,文章通过对两县农村公共体育设施的规划建设、管理和维护进行调研,结果显示:现有的农村公共体育设施种类单一且老化严重,缺乏管理和维护;建设资金、群众需要、村庄规划是影响农村公共体育设施建设的主要因素;国家体育总局扶贫专项资金是建设资金的主要来源;存在管理制度缺少、资金短缺,以及设施人为损坏、维修和更新滞后等问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Daixian and Fanshi are focal points that bureau of sports develops aid- the- poor programme in the country. By investigating the programme building,management and maintenance of public sports facilities of these two countries,it came out that public sports facilities now available are outdated and simplistic,lack of management and maintenance. Funds for construction,the mass needs,village planning are main factors that hold up the construction of public sports facilities. Construction funds mainly come from special-purpose funds provided by bureau of sports. The problems are present in the lack of management institution,of funds and in artificial damaging,maintaining and renewing of facilities and so on.更多还原
