【Abstract】 In order to measure the quality of the beam at the exit of the electron-gun with double-anode structure,an improved measurement system was developed.The electron-gun was tested by the measurement system successfully.The result shows that the intermediate electrode could increase the electron-gun’s output beam current and improve the transverse focusing.更多还原
