超临界流体管内对流换热模化分析
Scaling Analysis for Convective Heat Transfer in Tube at Supercritical Pressure
【摘要】 在超临界流体管内对流换热数据库的基础上,对近年来针对超临界流体管内换热的不同模化方法进行分析,提出了修正的Cheng等模化准则,并进行实验数据验证。结果表明:采用周强泰的传热关系式中的指数,并取平均性质的普朗特数后,得到的修正的Cheng等模化准则精度更高,不同超临界流体间传热的模化符合较好。
【Abstract】 Based on the experimental database of convective heat transfer in tube at supercritical pressure,different scaling laws for supercritical heat transfer were studied.A modified Cheng et al.’s scaling law was proposed and validated via experimental data.The results show that the modified Cheng et al.’s scaling law has a higher degree of accuracy,while adopting the exponents of Zhou Qiangtai’s correlation and average properties in Prandtl number,and heat transfer scalings of different supercritical fluids agree well.
