【摘要】 PCB生产中每一环节对环境及社会的影响都是巨大的。文章针对PCB绿色制造中过滤芯和包装膜材料的环保和安全问题进行了深入探讨,并对未来PCB绿色制造的辅助材料进行了展望。

【Abstract】 The influence of the PCB in each part production is enormous.In this paper,the environmental protection and safety of filter element and packaging film materials in PCB green manufacturing are discussed,and the auxiliary materials for the future PCB green manufacturing are prospected.
