【Abstract】 The methods used in inspecting ancient Chinese characters need to be summarized after the discovery of inscriptions on bones and tortoise shells.This paper sums up the method of radical analysis used by Sun Yirang(孙诒让) in inspecting inscriptions on bones and tortoise shells.And it points out that Sun had used this method in inspecting "family characters",comparing characters that are similar in structure but with different meanings,and verifying characters that are different in form but with the same meaning.更多还原
