【摘要】 目的观察美菲(Mepitel Film,一种透明、透气、有弹性的软聚硅酮薄膜)在预防乳腺癌患者术后辅助放疗放射性皮肤损伤方面的疗效。方法将40例年龄在40~60岁的女性乳腺癌根治术后需要放疗的患者随机分成2组,每组20例,对照组行常规放疗皮肤护理宣教,研究组在放疗前予以美菲膜贴于照射野内的皮肤表面,2组患者放疗方式相同,总剂量均为50 Gy/25次。对放疗期间以及放疗结束后2组患者的皮肤损伤程度及发生时间进行评价,评价标准采用RTOG关于放射性皮肤损伤的分级标准。结果研究组皮肤放射性损伤程度低于对照组,研究组发生皮肤损伤的时间较对照组晚。结论美菲能够有效降低放疗患者放射性皮肤损伤发生的程度,使用简单方便,减轻患者痛苦,保证放疗的顺利进行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the mepitel film in the prevention of breast cancer patients with adjuvant radiotherapy induced skin damage effect. Methods 40 patients aged between 40 and 60 years old in women with breast cancer after radical mastectomy need radiotherapy were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 20 cases in each group, the control group received conventional radiotherapy skin nursing education and research group before radiotherapy attached mepitel film to the skin surface of the radiation field, two groups of radiotherapy in patients with the same way, total dose are 50 Gy/25 times.
