【摘要】 目的探讨分析氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。方法选择2013年7月至2015年8月期间我院收治的130例不稳定型心绞痛患者,根据硬币法分为2组:对照组(n=65)、观察组(n=65)。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上加服氯吡格雷治疗,对2组患者的治疗效果予以观察对比。结果观察组患者心绞痛改善总有效率为90.8%,明显高于对照组的61.5%,2组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在心肌缺血发生次数、发作持续时间、缺血总负荷方面,观察组明显少于对照组,2组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论在不稳定型心绞痛的临床治疗中,常规治疗联合氯吡格雷治疗的临床效果非常好,可以显著改善患者的心绞痛症状,具有安全、可靠的特点,是一种值得临床选用的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of clopidogrel in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods From July 2013 to August 2015,130 patients with unstable angina were divided into 2 groups:control group(n=65) and observation group(n=65).The control group was given conventional treatment,the observation group was treated with clopidogrel on the basis of conventional treatment,and the treatment effect of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.8%,significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05) between the two groups.The number of myocardial ischemia,the duration of the attack,and the total load of ischemia,the observation group were significantly less than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of unstable angina,the clinical effect of conventional therapy combined with clopidogrel is very good,it can significantly improve the symptoms of angina pectoris,with safe and reliable characteristics,it is a kind of treatment method worthy of clinical use.更多还原
