【摘要】 目的分析老年结直肠癌伴梗阻的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析北京市昌平区医院普外科自2008年1月1日至2013年1月1日收治的43例老年结直肠癌伴梗阻患者(≥60岁)(梗阻组),随机选取同期收治的46例无梗阻症状的结直肠癌患者资料作比较分析(≥60岁)(对照组),分析比较二组患者的疗效。结果二组患者病程、住院时间、术中出血量、病理类型、肿瘤发生部位比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。年龄、手术时间、TNM分期、复发率、转移率、术后并发症发生率、1年及3年生存率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论老年结直肠癌伴梗阻患者病情较重,需根据患者病情选择相应手术方法,进行个体化治疗,以期获得最佳治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of elderly patients with colorectal cancer complicated with obstruction. Methods 43 elderly patients with colorectal carcinoma with obstruction(≥60 years-old)(obstruction group) were retrospectively analyzed and summarized from the Department of General Surgery, Changping District Hospital in Beijing from January 1 2008 to January 1 2013, and randomly selected admitted in the same period of 46 cases of patients with colorectal cancer without obstructive symptoms for comparative analysis(≥ 60 years-old)(control group), the analysis of therapeutic effect of two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the course of disease, length of stay, blood loss, pathological type and tumor location in the groups(P >0.05). Age, operation time, TNM stage, recurrence rate, metastasis rate, postoperative complication rate, 1-year and 3-year survival rates were statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion Elderly patients with colorectal cancer with obstructive disease is more serious, need to select the appropriate surgical methods according to the patient’s condition, in order to obtain the best effect of treatment.更多还原
