【摘要】 目的探讨全冠修复和治疗牙隐裂的治疗方法以及临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2011年3月至2014年6月我院收治的74例(82颗)牙隐裂患者的临床资料。结果 68例患者随访6个月~1年,治愈40例,有效30例,无效4例,总有效率94.6%。结论牙隐裂早期发现,采取全冠修复,可有效恢复患牙的咬及邻接关系,保存活牙髓,维持牙裂的完整性,维护牙体功能,全冠修复是治疗牙隐裂理想有效的方法,值得在临床上推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the treatment method and clinical effect of the full crown restoration and treatment of cracked teeth. Methods The clinical data of 74 patients(82) who were treated in our hospital from March 2011 to June 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 68 cases were followed up for 6 months to 1 year, 40 cases were cured, 30 cases were effective, 4 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 94.6%. Conclusion Cracked tooth found early, take full crown restoration, can effectively restore the patient occlusal and proximal relationship, devitalization of dental pulp preservation, maintain the integrity of tooth fracture, tooth function maintenance and full crown restoration is treating cracked teeth ideal.
