A new Morchella importuna cultiva‘rChuan Yangdujun 1'was bred from wild morel strain which from Li County in the Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province. The growth period is 90–110 d. The yield of fresh fruiting body is 2.25 t · hm~(-2). The fresh fruiting body grow both solitary and caespitose.
