【摘要】 目的探讨桥接组合式内固定系统治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的临床疗效。方法2013年2月~2015年1月期间治疗21例肱骨外科颈骨折,切开复位,桥接组合式内固定系统结合植骨治疗,对术后影像学结果、临床疗效结果及骨坏死进行随访分析。结果所有患者均得到随访,随访时间平均8个月(7~12个月),所有骨折均骨性愈合,骨折愈合时间3~8个月。所有病例均无刀口感染、神经血管损伤、连接棒断裂及螺钉松动、切出、骨折不愈合等并发症发生。按照Neer评分系统进行骨折治疗后疗效评定,关节功能优良率为95.23%。结论桥接组合式内固定系统治疗肱骨外科颈骨折,操作简单,减少肱骨近端折端血运的破坏,允许患者早期进行功能锻炼,是治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的一种理想内固定材料。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of the treatment of the fracture of the humerus surgical neck with the internal fixation system of the bridge. Methods 21 cases of humeral surgical neck fractures, open reduction and internal fixation system combined with bone graft, were treated by February 2013~January 2015. Results all patients were followed up for an average of 8 months(7~12 months). All fractures were healed and the healing time was 3~8 months. All cases had no incision infection, nerve and blood vessel injury, connecting rod fracture and screw loosening, cut out, fracture nonunion and other complications occurred. According to the Neer scoring system, the evaluation of the effect of fracture treatment, the excellent rate of joint function was 95.23%. Conclusionbridging combined with internal fixation system for treatment of humeral surgical neck fracture, simple operation, reduction of the proximal end of the humerus fracture, allowing patients with early functional exercise, is an ideal internal fixation material for treatment of humeral surgical neck fracture.更多还原
