基于液压传力的山地车锁车报警装置设计
The Design of an Alarm Device for Mountain Bike Lock Based on Hydraulic Force Transmitting Device
【摘要】 设计了一种基于液压传力的山地车锁车报警装置。该装置在传统油碟的基础上经三通将刹车把、刹车片和锁车操作机构相结合,当按下锁车操作机构上的操作杆时,操作杆的两端将压迫滑块杆向下做圆周运动,滑块杆的另一端与压油杆铰接,以此压迫管道中的油液,使车轮抱死;操作杆下端的卡口在被按下后与报警器相结合,从而保持轮胎处于抱死状态。同时报警器开启,当受到振动时车辆报警,达到了对车辆进行双重保护的目的。该装置加强了对山地车的保护,提高了锁车的效率,达到减少山地车被盗的目的。
【Abstract】 We design an alarm device for mountain bike lock, which is based on hydraulic force transmitting device. The device is refitted by combining brake lever, brake pad and lock device, and connected with T-Cock. When we press the operation bar, both ends will press the bar of sliding block and make it turn round under a circular motion. The other end of sliding block is spliced with the bar of pressing oil, in order to oppress the oil pipeline. In combination with the warning device, the bicycle is locked. At the same time, when the vehicle is subjected to vibration, the alarm is turned on. The purpose of double protection is achieved. This kind of device not only protects the mountain bicycle in a better way, but also improves the efficiency of locking. Most importantly, it can reduce the probability of bike theft.
