脚踏式双气缸连续充气装置设计

【摘要】 设计了一种脚踏式驱动双气缸连续充气装置。该装置采用杠杆机构运动原理,利用前脚掌与后脚跟间连续循环往复运动实现双气缸连续吸气排气过程,文中详细介绍了杠杆机构的设计原理与整机工作过程,同时对气缸的进气出气排量以及机构的受力过程进行了计算分析,结果显示:双气缸连续充气装置较传统的单缸式充气装置在充气的效率以及整机支架的稳定性方面存在独有的优势。

【Abstract】 A continuous double cylinder device was designed, its power is pedal driving. The device chooses lever organ principle and uses continuous loop reciprocate between soles for realizing inspiration and exhaust process. The paper introduces lever organ design principle and device process particularly, at the same time, the process of gas capacity and stress were calculated and analyzed, the result shows that the new design device has more advantages in efficiency and stability contrasting to traditional single cylinder.
