【Abstract】 Objective:To filter the best extraction processes for stomatitis mixture by the Orthogonal Experiment Design.Methods:Using L9(34)orthogonal experiment design,using apply extract yield and total flavonoids indicator,to identify the extraction method and solvent for stomatitis mixture by the Orthogonal Experiment Design with the,to investigate the effect of the three main factors,dosage of solvent in extraction process,extracting times and extracting time,which is the extraction efficiency for stomatitis mixture tested by.Results:The extraction process which was adding 10 times amount of water,decoction and extracting for three times,tow hours each time,could obtain high extraction efficiency.Conclusion:The optimized process had higher extraction rate of good stability,reproducibility and was suitable for industrial production.更多还原
