【摘要】 目的:了解青岛大学附属医院药品不良反应(adverse drug reaction,ADR)发生的规律,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性方法,搜集2015年1—12月上报的所有ADR报告839例,从年龄、性别、给药途径、ADR涉及的品种、临床表现等方面进行分析。结果:839例ADR报告中,男性患者297例(占35.40%),女性患者542例(占64.60%);60~70岁年龄段发生ADR的病例数最多;口服给药引发ADR最多,占63.19%(551例次/合计872例次),其次为静脉给药,占34.29%(299例次/合计872例次);引发ADR的药物以中成药、抗菌药物、抗肿瘤药居多,临床表现以消化道损伤、皮肤及其附件损伤为主。所有发生ADR的患者均好转或治愈,未见死亡病例。结论:医院应更加重视ADR的收集工作,降低用药风险,保证医院的用药安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the regularity and characteristics of adverse drug reactions( ADR) in the Affiated Hospital of Qingdao University,so as to provide reference for the rational drug use in clinic. METHODS: By retrospective method,839 cases of ADR were collected from Jan. to Dec. 2015,analysis was conducted on age,gender,route of administration,ADR involved categories and clinical manifestations,etc. RESULTS: Of the 839 ADR cases,males were 297 cases( 35. 40%),females were 542 cases( 64. 60%); and the 60-70 year-old patients held the highest proportion. Oral administration caused the largest number of ADR events accounted for 63. 19%( 551 cases /total 872 cases),followed by intravenous administration,accounting for 34. 29%( 299 cases / total 872 cases); most of ADR cases were induced by traditional Chinese medicine,antibiotics preparations and antineoplastic. Main clinical manifestations were digestive system,followed by lesion of skin and its appendants. After treatment,all patients were cured or improved,no death case was found. CONCLUSIONS: The hospital should pay more attention to the collection of ADR,reduce the risk of medication,so as to ensure drug safety in hospital.更多还原
