【摘要】 目的:探讨莫西沙星在治疗社区获得性肺炎中的疗效及安全性。方法:选取2014年7月—2016年7月收治的的社区获得性肺炎患者96例,按随机数字表法分为观察组(50例)和对照组(46例),观察组患者给予莫西沙星1次0.4 g,1日1次,静脉滴注,病情得到明显控制后,给予莫西沙星片口服,1次0.4 g,1日1次。对照组患者给予左氧氟沙星注射液1次0.5 g,1日1次,静脉滴注,病情得到明显控制后,改为左氧氟沙星片口服,1次0.2 g,1日2次,2组患者均连续治疗7~14 d。观察2组患者的疗效、病原菌清除情况和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为98.00%(49/50),明显高于对照组的78.26%(36/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的病原菌清除率为92.86%(26/28),明显高于对照组的66.67%(20/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者不良反应发生率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:莫西沙星治疗社区获得性肺炎的疗效较好,安全性高,具有一定的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To probe into the efficacy and safety of moxifloxacin in treatment of community acquired pneumonia. METHODS: 96 patients from Jul. 2014 to Jul. 2016 were selected to be divided into observation group with 50 cases and control group with 46 cases via the random number table. The observation group were treated with oral moxifloxacin 0. 4 g / d; and the control group were given levofloxacin 0. 5 g / d in intravenous drip,after the disease was controlled,oral moxifloxacin was given,0. 2 g for once,twice a day; the treatment course was 7-14 d. The efficacy,pathogen clearance and incidence of adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed. RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group was 98. 00%( 49 /50),significantly higher than that of control group [78. 26%( 36 /46) ],with statistically significant difference( P < 0. 05).
