【摘要】 目的探讨防旋股骨近端髓内钉(proximal femoral nail anti-rotation,PFNA)微创内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2010年10月至2015年3月我院骨科住院采用PFNA微创内固定治疗的87例股骨粗隆间骨折患者,观察临床疗效。结果随访3~53个月,所有患者均获得临床愈合,愈合后Harris髋关节功能得分75~95分,平均88.2分。结论 PFNA微创内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折临床疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of minimally invasive PFNA internal fixation treatment for intertrochanteric fracture.Methods From October,2010 to March,2015,87 patients with intertrochanteric fracture were treated by PFNA minimally invasive internal fixation.The clinical effect was observed. Results We followed up these cases for 3 to 53 months. All patients were clinically cured,and the average Harris hip function score was 88. 2( range 75 to 95). Conclusion The clinical effect of PFNA minimally invasive internal fixation in the treatment of femoral intertrocharteriu fracture is accurate.更多还原
