【摘要】 目的了解成都市基层医务人员对高血压的认识及防治的基本情况,为进一步指导基层高血压防治工作提供依据。方法 2015年10~12月对成都市主城区及郊县部分社区卫生服务中心、乡镇卫生院、乡村诊所医务人员800例,采用自填式问卷围绕对高血压的认识及防治进行调查。结果共收回问卷762份,其中填写完整的725份,成都市主城区377份,成都市郊县385份。成都市基层医务人员以青年为主,两组性别、年龄比较差异无统计学意义。而成都市主城区较成都市郊县医务人员参加高血压专题讲座和专业培训的机会较多,对《中国高血压指南》及《中国高血压患者教育指南》的认识及了解较好,认为患者医疗负担较重,对家庭自测血压及政府医保政策投入认识不同。结论基层医务人员对高血压病的认识及防治的知识在总体上仍有欠缺,特别是远离主城区的基层医务人员,缺乏正规的专业培训和专题讲座,各项指南贯彻力度不足等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the basic situation of understanding of prevention and treatment of hypertension in primary medical professionals in Chengdu in order to further guide the prevention and control of hypertension in basic medical institutions.Methods A survey was carried out on 800 medical staff from community health service centers,township hospitals and rural health clinics in Chengdu from October to December,2015 by using a self-administration questionnaire about the understanding and prevention of hypertension.Results A total of 762 copies were received,and 725 copies were completed.Of these,377 were received from Chengdu downtown and 385 from Chengdu suburban counties. The primary medical staff is given priority to the youth. There was no significant difference in age and gender between downtown and suburban groups.However,the staffs in the downtown group had more opportunities to participate in hypertension seminars and professional trainings,so that better understood the "Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension in China"and "China Hypertension Education Guide"when compared with the suburban group. They also had heavier medical burden and different comprehension of devotion to family self testing blood pressure and understanding of different government health insurance policy.Conclusion The primary medical staff of hypertension awareness and prevention knowledge in general is still lacking,especially in suburban area.This is because of lack of regular professional trainings and seminars and insufficient implementation guides.更多还原
