基于数字散斑相关法的材料高温性能测试
Measurement of High Temperature Properties of Materials based on Digital Speckle Correlation Method
【摘要】 随着航空航天技术的发展,材料高温条件下力学特性的研究也越发的重要。研究采用非接触数字散斑相关技术来测量材料高温条件下的弹性模量。研究中首次利用光纤激光器在试件表面刻蚀出大小均匀,对比度高的高温散斑;运用计算机辅助散斑干涉技术(CASI)对试件拉伸过程中的散斑图像进行计算分析,得到全场位移和应变变化,继而得到试样拉伸过程中的应力-应变曲线。为了验证结果的准确性,在常温下与引伸计的结果进行了对比,并运用该方法对高温条件下纯钛的力学特性进行了研究。
【Abstract】 With the development of aerospace technology,mechanical properties of materials under high temperature become more important.This paper mainly research for measuring elasticitymodulusof material in the condition of high temperature.During the study,a kind of high temperature speckle with uniform size and high contrast has been made by using the tool of fiber laser for the first time.Full field displacements and strains are obtained by applying Computer Aided Speckle Interferometry(CASI)to analyze speckles during the tensile process of specimens.And then the stress-strain curve will be obtained.In order to verify the validity of the method propose in the present paper,the present results are compared with the results obtained by extensometer at room temperature.Finally,the mechanical properties of titanium under high temperatures have been studied in detail.
