【摘要】 目的为临床合理用药和中药饮片管理提供参考依据。方法随机抽取2014年3月至2016年2月医院信息管理系统的中药饮片处方,每月100张,共9 600张。通过Excel软件对所用中药饮片的品种与2015年版《中国药典(一部)》进行比较,统计中药饮片用量、使用频率及使用频率均居前300位品种相同率及对不同季节中药饮片用药情况。结果医院所用中药饮片品种在2015年版《中国药典》中的收载率高于83.03%;2年用量均前3位的为生黄芪、丹参、炒白术;使用频率居前2位的均为生黄芪、炒白术;使用频率前20位的中药饮片中补虚药均居首位;前300种中药饮片同品种率达95.33%;四季用药均以补虚药为主,春季为理气药、夏季为利水渗湿药、秋季为解表剂、冬季为活血化瘀药。结论医院中药饮片在临床使用较广泛,并具有一定地方特色。连续2年中药饮片使用品种稳定性好。可为进一步提高中药饮片处方调剂效率和合理用药水平提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide reference for clinical rational drug use and management of Chinese herbal decoction pieces prescriptions.Methods Chinese herbal decoction pieces prescriptions from the hospital’s HIS system from March 2014 to February 2016 were randomly selected,every month selects 100 prescriptions for each month,totaling about 9 600.Excel was used to compare the Chinese herbal decoction pieces used with the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015),and the dosage,use frequency and the most used top 300 Chinese herbal decoction pieces,and Chinese herbal decoction pieces used in different seasons are analyzed.Results There were 83.03% Chinese herbal decoction pieces used in the hospital recorded in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015).The ones that remained in the top three position in the above years’ usage were Raw Radix Astragali,Salvia miltiorrhiza and the Rhizome of Large-headed Atractylodes.The ones that remained in the top two position in use frequency were Raw Radix Astragali and the Rhizome of Large-headed Atractylodes.Of the top 20 ones in use frequency,tonify deficiency Chinese medicine maintained in the first place.The top 300 Chinese herbal decoction pieces had the same variety ratio of 95.33%.The four seasons all mainly used tonify deficiency medicine.In spring,it was mainly used as a Qi-regulating drug;in summer,as Damp-clearing drug;in autumn,as superficies-relieving formula;and in winter,as drug for blood circulation and stasis elimination.Conclusion The Chinese herbal decoction pieces are widely used in clinic in the hospital with some unique local features.The Chinese herbal decoction pieces have good stability in usage in two consecutive years.The results provide reference data for the rational arrangement of Chinese herbal decoction pieces,and will promote the efficiency of regulation as well as the level of rational drug use.更多还原
