【摘要】 目的探讨仙灵骨葆配合鲑鱼降钙素在老年性骨质疏松性胸椎骨折患者临床疗效。方法选择2013年5月至2015年5月医院诊治的老年骨质疏松性胸椎骨折患者84例,按就诊时间随机分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。首先给予骨科复位固定治疗,复位及固定满意后,对照组患者在复位固定后给予钙尔奇D片和鲑鱼降钙素等常规药物治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予仙灵骨葆配合治疗。对比两组患者疼痛度、疼痛缓解时间、恢复情况及治疗效有效率。结果治疗后,观察组患者疼痛度及疼痛缓减时间均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者恢复情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率为92.86%,高于对照组的71.43%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论仙灵骨葆配合鲑鱼降钙素治疗老年骨质疏松性胸椎骨折可有效缓解患者疼痛情况,减轻患者痛苦,促进患者恢复,提高治疗有效率,临床效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the efficacy of Xianlinggubao with salmon calcitonin in senile osteoporotic patients with thoracic vertebral fracture. M ethods 84 cases of osteoporotic thoracic vertebral fracture from May 2013 to May 2015 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 42 cases in each group. All patients were initially given orthopedic reposition fixation, then after fixation the control group was given routine medicine of Caltrate D and salmon calcitonin, and on this basis the observation group was given Xianlinggubao. The pain, pain relief time, recovery and treatment effect and efficiency of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the pain and pain relief time in the observation group patients were lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The recovery in the observation group was better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). The effective rate of the observation group treatment was 92. 86%, which is higher than 71. 43% of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Xianlinggubao with salmon calcitonin in treating senile osteoporotic thoracic vertebral fracture can effectively alleviate the pain and suffering of patients,promote the recovery of patients, improve the efficiency of treatment, thus has significant clinical efficacy.更多还原
