【摘要】 目的评价都梁软胶囊联合曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗鼻腔接触性头痛的安全性和有效性。方法将医院耳鼻喉科门诊2013年5月至2015年4月收治的鼻腔接触性头痛患者480例随机分为对照组和观察组,各240例。两组患者均常规给予曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗,观察组患者加服都梁软胶囊,两组均治疗3周。结果观察组患者疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分降低较对照组更明显(P<0.01);患者头痛改善有效率为77.50%,明显高于对照组的54.58%(P<0.05);两组患者均未见明显不良反应。结论都梁软胶囊联合曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗鼻腔接触性头痛疗效较好,且无明显不良反应,推荐部分无法接受手术治疗的鼻腔接触性头痛患者临床使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the safety and clinic efficacy of Duliang Soft Capsules combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide Nasal Spray in treating intranasal headache. Methods 480 cases of intranasal headache from May 2013 to April 2015 in the ENT department were divided into the observation group and control group,240 cases in each group. The two groups were given Triamcinolone Acetonide Nasal Spray,and the observation group was added with Duliang Soft Capsules orally. The course of treatment was 3 weeks. Results The decrease in VAS score of the observation group was much obvious than the control group( P < 0. 01); the headache patients improve effective rate of the observation group was 77. 50%,which was significantly higher than 54. 58% of the control group( P < 0. 05); there were no significant adverse reactions occured in the two groups. Conclusion Duliang Soft Capsules combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide Nasal Spray in the treatment of intranasal headache has good efficacy with no significant adverse reactions,thus it is recommended to use clinically on those who have intranasal headache and cannot undergo surgery.更多还原
