【摘要】 目的了解医院抗精神病药应用情况,为临床合理、经济用药提供参考。方法采用世界卫生组织(WHO)推荐的限定日剂量分析法,对医院2012年至2014年抗精神病药使用金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)和排序比(DUI)进行统计和分析。结果医院抗精神病药的销售金额和DDDs逐年增加,平均年增长率分别为3.84%,8.90%;非典型抗精神病药的销售金额年平均增长率为4.04%,DDDs平均年增长率为10.92%;抗精神病药物销售金额排序和DDDs排序稳居前3是奥氮平、利培酮、喹硫平;3年来,非典型抗精神病药的DDC高于典型抗精神病药,DUI趋于1。结论医院抗精神病药的使用符合当前精神疾病临床治疗原则,非典型抗精神病药占主导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the application situation of antipsychotic drugs in our hospital and to provide reference for clinical and economic medication. Methods The defined daily dose( DDD) analytic method recommended by the World Health Organization( WHO) was adopted to perform the statistical analysis on the consumption sum of antipsychotic drugs, frequency of drug use( DDDs),the defined daily drug cost( DDC), calculating and ranking the drug utilization index( DUI) in our hospital from 2012 to 2014. Results The sales amount and DDDs of antipsychotic drugs in our hospital were increased year by year. The average annual growth rate was3. 84%, 8. 90% respectively. The mean annual rate of increase of atypical antipsychotic drugs in consumption sum was 4. 04%,and the mean annual rate of increase of DDDs was 10. 92%. The top 3 in the list of the consumption sum and in the list of DDDs of antipsychotic drugs were olanzapine, risperidone, quetiapine. The DDCof atypical antipsychotics was higher than that of typical antipsychotics,and the DUI was more and more close to 1 in the 3 years. Conclusion The use of the atypical antipsychotic drugs is dominant, which conforms to the development trend in the use of antipsychotic drugs.更多还原
