【摘要】 目的建立同时测定利胆宽肠颗粒中栀子苷和芍药苷含量的高效液相色谱（HPLC）法。方法色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-SP C₁₈柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液（15∶85）,等度洗脱,流速1 m L/min,检测波长230 nm,柱温40℃。结果芍药苷和栀子苷进样量分别在0.494³.950μg和0.684⁵.470μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 7）,平均加样回收率分别为97.67%和98.83%,RSD分别为0.73%和1.16%（n=6）。结论该法准确可靠、专属性强、重复性好,可作为测定利胆宽肠颗粒中栀子苷和芍药苷含量的可靠方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for determination of paeoniflorin and geniposide in Lidan Kuanchang Granules.
