【摘要】 目的建立测定银花泌炎灵片中野黄芩苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(15∶85),检测波长为335 nm,柱温35℃,流速0.8 m L/min。结果野黄芩苷进样量在0.027~0.216μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为97.35%,RSD为0.56%(n=6)。结论该法简便、准确、专属性强、分离效果好,可用于银花泌炎灵片的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish an HPLC method to determine the content of scutellarin in Yinhua Miyanling Tablets.Methods The HPLC method was adopted.The determination was performed on the Kromasil-C18 column( 250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase of methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid( 15 ∶ 85) at the flow rate of 0.8 m L / min.The column temperature was 35℃.The detection wavelength was 335 nm.Results The injection volume of scutellarin showed good linearity with the peak area in the range of 0.027-0.216 μg( r = 1.000 0),the average recovery rate was 97.35%,RSD was 0.56%( n = 6).Conclusion The established method is Simple,accurate and strongly specific with satisfactory separation results,which can be used for the quality control of Yinhua Miyanling Tablets.更多还原
