【摘要】 建立中国特色现代医院管理制度是深化公立医院改革和推进健康中国建设的重要内容。通过对我国医院发展的现状分析,总结了目前建设现代医院管理制度存在的问题,提出构建体制创新的外部管理制度和以法人治理为核心的内部管理制度,并从这两个方面对中国特色现代医院管理制度的建立与实施提出了对策与发展路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The establishment of modern hospital management system with Chinese characteristics is an important part of deepening the reform of public hospitals and building healthy China.Through the analysis of the present situation of hospital development in China,the problems existing in the construction of the modern hospital management system are summarized.It is suggested to build the external management system with system innovation and the internal management system with the core of the corporate governance.And the strategies and development paths of the establishment and implementation of the modern hospital management system with Chinese characteristics from the two aspects are put forward.更多还原
