【摘要】 对陕西省某县县级公立医院改革实行"委托协管模式"1年来的运营效果进行分析。协管1年来,通过改善医疗服务条件,扩展医疗服务范围,满足居民需求,县域城乡居民城外转诊转院率较前明显下降,主要业务指标得到了大幅度优化。"委托协管模式"的尝试,为我国县级公立医院的改革、构建以公益性为导向的县级公立医院管办模式又走出了一条新路子。更多还原

【Abstract】 To analyze the implementation effect of entrusted management in a county public hospital after 1-year operation in Shaanxi Province. During the 1-year coordination co-management, by improving medical service conditions,extending scope of medical services and meeting the demands of residents,the country urban and rural residents referral rate decreased significantly, the main business indicators have been greatly improved. The attempt of the entrusted management mode has built a new way for the reform of China’s country public hospitals and the construction of country public hospitals management mode based on the public welfare orientation.更多还原
