【摘要】 目的通过分析手术室病人安全的影响因素及机制,为预防和控制医疗差错、保障病人安全提供理论依据。方法研究采用整群分层随机抽样的方法,共有502名医护人员参与问卷调查,结合个人深入访谈结果,运用因子分析结合结构方程模型的方式,分析各个因子之间的作用关系及程度。结果在拟合良好的手术室病人安全影响因素结构方程模型中,比较标准化总效应绝对值可知,对手术室病人安全影响程度,各因子依次是消毒灭菌、综合素质、团队协作、安全意识、人员配置、布局流程。结论 6个因素对于制定保障手术室病人安全的管理策略具有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the influence factors of patient safety influence factors and its mechanism in operating room to provide reference on preventingmedical defaults and protecting patient safety. Methods This study used stratified random sampling method,502 healthcare workers were participated in the study. Indepth interview was used as a reference. Factor analysis and SEM were used to evaluate the strength and relationship between factors. Results In the well simulate equation,the strength of the factors is:disinfection and sterilization,comprehensive quality,teamwork,security awareness,personnel configuration,layout process. Conclusion These six factors can provide scientific evidence to make countermeasures towards medicalerror and improve patient safety.更多还原
