自拟舒筋通络汤联合颈椎牵引治疗颈性心律失常的临床效果

【摘要】 目的观察自拟舒筋通络汤联合颈椎牵引治疗颈性心律失常的临床效果。方法选取山东省德州市中医院名医工作室2015年1月~2016年1月诊治的颈性心律失常患者72例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各36例。在颈椎牵引治疗的基础上,治疗组给予舒筋通络汤口服,对照组给予常规抗心律失常药物治疗,2周为1个疗程,3个疗程后观察两组患者的临床疗效及心电图改善情况。结果治疗组临床总有效率为94.4%,显著高于对照组的55.6%(P<0.01)。治疗组心电图总有效率为94.4%,对照组为72.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论因颈椎病变导致心脏神经功能紊乱而引起的心律失常,常规抗心律失常药物治疗效果不佳,应用自拟舒筋通络汤联合颈椎牵引效果理想。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Shujin Tongluo Decoction combined with cervical traction in the treatment of cervical arrhythmia. Methods 72 patients with cervical arrhythmia were selected in Dezhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Medical Studio from January 2015 to January 2016. All patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method, each group of 36 cases. In cervical traction treatment, Shujin Tongluo Decoction was used in treatment group, conventional antiarrhythmic drug therapy was applied in control group, 2 weeks for a course of treatment. After 3 courses of treatment, clinical effect and electrocardiogram improvement between two groups were observed. Results Clinical total effective rate in treatment group was 94.4%, significantly higher than that in control group(55.6%)(P < 0.01). Electrocardiogram total effective rate of treatment group was 94.4%, which of control group was 72.2%, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Arrhythmias of cardiac dysfunction caused by cervical spondylopathy, treatment effect of conventional anti-arrhythmia drug is not good, application effect of Shujin Tongluo Decoction combined with cervical traction is ideal.
