【摘要】 目的探讨血清碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(b FGF)水平与宫颈鳞癌同期放化疗效果的关系。方法选择2013年3月~2014年8月在湖北省肿瘤医院经病理确诊的92例中晚期宫颈鳞状细胞癌患者,采用酶联免疫吸附分析法测定患者血清b FGF基线水平以及同期放化疗后3个月的血清b FGF水平,分析b FGF水平与临床疗效的关系。结果宫颈癌患者血清b FGF基线水平为(103.36±34.32)μg/L,血清b FGF的水平与肿瘤的分化程度及淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05);b FGF水平与疗效相关,完全缓解者放化疗前后b FGF水平均明显低低于部分缓解及进展的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分层分析结果示,血清b FGF高水平患者较低水平患者,其临床分期较晚、淋巴结转移及1年进展或死亡者较多、较高,差异均有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血清b FGF水平对宫颈癌同期放化疗预后有一定的预测价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between basic expression level of fibroblast growth factor(b FGF) and the therapeutic efficacy of concurrent chemoradiotherapy(CCRT) in cervical squamous cell carcinomas(CSCC). Methods Ninety-two patients with advanced CSCC from March 2013 to August 2014 confirmed by pathologically diagnosis in Hubei Cancer Hospital were enrolled in the study. The baseline expression level of serum b FGF and the expression of 3 months after chemoradiotherapy were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and its relationship with the clinical curative effect was analyzed. Results Patients with CSCC had a significantly higher baseline level of serum b FGF [(103.36±34.32) μg/L], the level was closely related to tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis(P <0.05). The level was also showed a close relationship with the therapeutic efficacy, b FGF level of patients with complete remission was lower than those with partial remission and progress of disease before or after CCRT, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Stratification analysis showed that, compared with patients with low levels of b FGF, patients with high levels of b FGF had a later clinical stages, more lymph node metastasis, and higher rate of the progress or death in one year, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01). Conclusion Level of serum b FGF has a certain predictive value for the prognosis of CCRT in patients with CSCC.更多还原
