【摘要】 目的观察自制中药封包联合手法复位治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕的临床效果。方法选择2014年6月~2015年6月广东省茂名市中医院神经内科收治的良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者104例作为观察对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各52例。对照组单纯采用手法复位治疗,其中后半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕采用改良的Epley手法复位治疗,水平半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕采用Barbecue翻滚法复位治疗;观察组在手法复位的基础上加用自制中药封包治疗。两组患者均于治疗后7 d及治疗后1个月进行疗效评价,记录两组患者治疗时间和复位次数,治疗后6个月进行复发率的统计。结果观察组治疗后7 d及治疗后1个月的总有效率(90.38%、94.23%)均显著高于对照组(78.85%、82.69%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗时间[(5.43±1.57)d]显著短于对照组[(7.85±2.16)d],复位次数[(1.97±0.44)次]显著少于对照组[(2.58±0.62)次],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月,对照组复发率为19.23%,观察组复发率为5.77%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药封包结合手法复位法治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕可以有效提高临床效果,缩短治疗时间,减少复位次数,降低复发率,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe clinical effect of self-made herbal medicine sealing therapy combined with manual reposition in the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. Methods 104 patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo admitted to Department of Neurology in Maoming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June2014 to June 2015 were selected as objects, and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 52 cases in each group. Control group was only given manual reposition, of which, posterior semicircular canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo was taken modified Epley procedure, horizontal semicircular canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo was taken Barbecue rotation. On basis of manual reposition,observation group was added with self-made herbal medicine sealing therapy. Both groups were taken efficacy evaluation after treatment for 7 days and 1 month, treatment time and reposition time of two groups were recorded, and recurrence rate was recorded after treatment for 6 months. Results Total effective rates of observation group after treatment for 7 days and 1 month(90.38%, 94.23%) were higher than those of control group(78.85%, 82.69%), the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Treatment time of observation group [(5.43±1.57) d] was shorter than that of control group [(7.85±2.16)d], reposition times of observation group [(1.97±0.44) times] were less than that of control group [(2.58±0.62) times], the differences were all statistically significant(P < 0.05). After treatment for 6 months, recurrence rate in control group was 19.23%, recurrence rate in observation group was 5.77%, there was a statistically significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion Herbal medicine sealing therapy combined with manual reposition in the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo can significantly improve clinical efficacy, shorten treatment time,reduce reposition times, decrease recurrence rate, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
