Reprimo基因3’非翻译区839位点G>C多态性与肺癌易感性探讨
Discussion of the association of Reprimo gene 3’-untranslated region 839 G>C polymorphism and lung cancer
【摘要】 目的探讨Reprimo基因3’非翻译区839位点G>C单核苷酸多态性与肺癌发生的关系。方法选取2006年1月~2010年12月于柳州市柳铁中心医院行手术切除或纤维支气管镜检查的肺癌患者36例,取其组织标本,基因分型检测采用Mighty Amp DNA聚合酶法,分别检测癌组织(肺癌组)和癌旁正常组织(对照组)的Reprimo基因839位点G>C分布,运用χ~2检验和Armitage’s趋势检验等分析其与肺癌发生的相关性。结果两组标本经哈迪-温伯格平衡检测,对照组在Reprimo基因3’非翻译区839位点G>C基因型观测(理论)频数为0、33、3(7.56、17.88、10.56),差异有统计学意义(P=0.000),肺癌组的基因型观测(理论)频数为6、29、1(11.67、17.65、6.67),差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);Reprimo基因3’非翻译区839位点G>C多态性与肺癌易感性的Armitage’s趋势检验差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.44,P=0.011)。结论 Reprimo基因3’非翻译区839位点G>C单核苷酸多态性与肺癌发生具有一定相关性。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between the Reprimo gene 3’-untranslated region 839 G>C polymorphism and lung cancer. Methods From January 2006 to December 2010, 36 patients with lung cancer in Liuzhou Municipal Liutie Central Hospital underwent surgery and fiberoptic bronchoscopy were selected. Tissue specimens were collected and genotyping was detected by Mighty Amp DNA Polymerase. The Reprimo gene 3’-untranslated region 839G>C polymorphism was detected in the cancer tissue(cancer group) and para-carcinoma tissue(control group). The results were analyzed with χ~2test and Armitage’s trend test. Results According to Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium detection, 839 G>C genotype observation(theory) frequency was 0, 33, 3(7.56, 17.88, 10.56) in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P=0.000); and 6, 29, 1(11.67, 17.65, 6.67) in the cancer group, with statistically significant difference(P=0.000). Armitage’s trend test revealed statistically significant correlation between 839 G>C single nucleotide polymorphisms and susceptibility to lung cancer(χ~2=6.44, P=0.011). Conclusion This study indicates that there is a certain correlation between the Reprimo gene 3’-untranslated region 839 G>C polymorphism and lung cancer.
