烧冲复合伤急性肺损伤的免疫调节研究进展
Immunoregulation mechanism of acute lung injury afterburn-blast combined injury
【摘要】 烧冲复合伤是由热力和冲击波共同作用于机体而产生的一种高死亡率创伤。其中,烧冲复合伤后导致的急性肺损伤(ALI)是烧冲复合伤致死的主要原因之一。烧冲复合伤后免疫调节在烧冲复合伤急性肺损伤的致伤机制中扮演重要角色。近年来研究发现,中性粒细胞、树突状细胞、巨噬细胞和T淋巴细胞等固有免疫和适应性免疫细胞及相关分泌因子的共同参与了烧冲复合伤急性肺损伤的免疫调节。现将烧冲复合伤伤后急性肺损伤的免疫调节研究进展现状进行综述。
【Abstract】 Burn-blast combined injury,which is caused by heat and blast,is a kind of trauma with both high mortality and incidence.Immunoregulation plays an important role in the mechanisms of acute lung injury(ALI) induced by burn-blast combined injury,which mainly includes neutrophils,dendritic cells,macrophages,T-lymphocytes and related featured cytokines.This review presents iterature concerning the immunoregulation mechanism of ALI induced by burn-blast combined injury from recent studies.
