【摘要】 临床医学专业的导师兼具多重社会身份,他们既是医生和研究者,又是培养未来医生的教育者。临床医生与患者以及临床导师与研究生之间本质上都是一种叙事关系,因而,除具备良好的医学技术、科研水平和道德涵养之外,叙事知识和叙事能力是其不可或缺的基本素养。叙事医学能力培养必须建立在深厚的叙事知识基础之上,叙事医学能力不仅仅体现在病史采集上,它包括经典的疾病文学叙事阅读、平行病历书写和关于疾病的自我反思性叙述等能力。鉴于导师的多重身份,呼吁临床医师既应成为叙事知识和叙事能力指标的被考核者和被评价者,同时也应该成为这两项指标的考核者和评价者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Clinical supervisors with multiple identities are not only doctors and medical researchers,but also the trainers for future doctors.Since there are fundamental narrative relations between doctors and patients,as well as supervisors and postgraduates,the knowledge and competence of narrative medicine are indispensable qualities for clinicians,besides the clinical competence,research ability and morality.The competence of medical narrative can be only developed on the foundation of sufficient narrative knowledge.It includes the collection of medical history,the reading ability of classical literary works of illness and diseases and the reflective ability of medical experiences.Therefore,the authors advocated that"narrative knowledge"and"narrative competence"should be taken into account as important indicators to appraise the"essential competence of the clinical doctors and supervisors".更多还原
