【摘要】 从"一杯牛奶强壮一个民族"到"牛奶致癌",着实让人吃惊。尽管国家权威机构、主流媒体曾多次辟谣,但"牛奶致癌说"在网上却依然甚是流行。从复杂性科学的角度在对其进行认真考察分析后认为,转变科学观念,并以复杂性科学为指导,从整体角度正确理解饮食与疾病"相关性并不等于因果性"的复杂性关系,做到既不要恐慌牛奶的促癌作用,也不能忽视西方的膳食经验教训,保持膳食营养平衡,从而做到最大限度地利用好牛奶这一健康资源,而又不受害于它。更多还原

【Abstract】 The public recognitions change dramatically from"one cup of milk,one strong nation"to"milk promotes cancer",surprisingly,which is still a very popular perception on the Internet,although the national authorities and the mainstream medias of China have refuted the rumor many times.By analyzing the phenomenon from the perspective of complexity science,this paper argued that scientific concept needed to be shifted and be directed by complexity science,and a correct understanding of the complex relationship that correlation does not equal causation should be built.In conclusion,we should neither be panic by the rumor of"milk promotes caner",nor ignore the lessons of western diet.Meanwhile,we should keep the balanced diet with maximizing the benefit of having milk.更多还原
