【摘要】 中西医结合临床专业研究生也是参加住院医师规范化培训的主体之一,在参加住院医师规范化培训过程中存在与现有政策矛盾、缺乏明确的临床实践考核评价体系、导师认知存在分歧和管理部门协调性有待加强等问题。由此提出把住院医生规范化培训、研究生培养、医师资格考试等有机结合起来,尝试中西医结合专业学位研究生进校后直接进入临床进行轮转。根据研究生的理论水平、临床技能等个体化进行分段式临床培养教育,使得中西医结合临床专业学位研究生进入"早临床、多临床"的培养教育模式,增强其胜任临床岗位的职业能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine clinical professional graduate student is one of the main participants of resident standardization training.In the process of training,there were some problems,such as conflicts between policies,unclear clinical practice examination evaluation system,differentiation of mentors’ cognition,discordance between departments.The paper argued to integrate the resident standardization training,graduate training with the qualifications of medical practitioners.It suggested that the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine clinical professional postgraduates directly go into clinical rotation after graduation.And the individualized sectional clinical training education according to postgraduates’ different theoretical levels and practical skills should be applied,so that the"early clinical,more clinical"education mode for the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine clinical professional postgraduates could be established and the their clinical competent will be enhanced.更多还原
