【摘要】 药物的氧化给药物的使用带来了较大的安全隐患,采用有效的抗氧化技术后,药物中容易氧化的有效成分被保护起来,可为药物制剂工艺的发展带来很大益处。但相关数据库中很少有药物制剂中抗氧化技术的研究报道。在制剂技术中,通过加入抗氧剂、加入惰性气体隔绝空气、采用新型包装材料、新剂型等方法抗氧化,这些方法可以在很大程度上降低药物的氧化率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Oxidation of the drug has brought great safety risks to the drug use. Effective antioxidant technology,can effectively protect active ingredients which may be easily oxidized,and bring great benefit to the development of pharmaceutical preparation process. However,there are few reports of studies on the antioxidation technology of pharmaceutical preparations in the related databases. The addition of antioxidants,inert gas to isolate from the air,the new packaging materials,new preparations are antioxidant preparation technologies,which can reduce drug oxidation rate to a great extent.更多还原
