【Abstract】 Long non-coding RNA H19( LncRNA H19) has been first identified as one of the LncRNA that H19 plays a huge role in the growth and development of the body and tumorigenesis and development.H19 expresses abnormally in many tumors and its mechanism of tumorigenesis is complex; further identification of its specific cancer spectrum and its molecular mechanism is very important. Here focuses on the tumorigenic mechanism and differential expression of H19 in common tumors,with an aim to provide new clues to the clinical prevention,diagnosis and treatment of these tumors,especially to lay a foundation for the in-depth research of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.更多还原
