【摘要】 目的探究依卡倍特对胃炎患者溃疡灶愈合及环加氧酶(COX)的影响。方法选取2012年12月至2014年12月宝鸡市中心医院收治的100例慢性胃炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组患者给予依卡倍特颗粒(1 g,每日2次)和盐酸雷尼替丁胶囊(0.15 g,每日2次)进行治疗,而对照组患者给予盐酸雷尼替丁胶囊(0.15 g,每日2次)进行治疗,两组患者治疗时间均为3周。治疗前后对两组患者进行内镜检查,观察并统计患者溃疡灶愈合情况,以及COX-1、COX-2积分。结果观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组[94.0%(47/50)比74%(37/50),P<0.05],差异有统计学意义。观察组治疗后COX-1、COX-2积分显著高于对照组[(4.12±0.05)分比(3.12±0.37)分,(4.23±0.04)分比(3.32±0.35)分],且两组患者治疗后COX-1、COX-2显著高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依卡倍特能有效改善COX,保护胃黏膜,促进胃溃疡愈合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore and analyze effect of ecabet on gastritis erosion healing and cyclooxygenase. Methods Selected in Baoji Central Hospital from Dec. 2012 to Dec. 2014,100 patients with chronic gastritis were included in the study,according to the random number table method they were divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group. Patients in observation group were given ecabet( 1 g,2 times a day) and ranitidine hydrochloride capsules for treatment( 0. 15 g,2 times a day),while the control group was treated with ranitidine hydrochloride capsules( 0. 15 g,2 times a day),the treatment time of the two groups was 3 weeks. Endoscopic examination was used to observe and record the ulcer healing,and cyclooxygenase( COX)-1,COX-2 integral. Results The total efficacy of the observation group was higher than the control group[94. 0%( 47 /50) vs 74. 0%( 37 /50),P < 0. 05].
