【Abstract】 The neuroendocrine dysfunction theory of depression mainly includes the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis and the hypothalamus-pituitary-thyroid axis anomaly. In recent years,the relationship between depression and hypothalamus-pituitary-thyroid axis is increasingly attracting the attention of scholars,and there are many clinical researches and animal experimental studies about them,but the conclusions are not consistent.
