【摘要】 目的探讨核因子κB(NF-κB)在三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)中的表达及其与病理、预后的关系。方法选择2011年5月至2014年5月在湖北省第三人民医院治疗的乳腺癌患者193例为研究对象,其中TNBC 93例(TNBC组)、非TNBC 100例(非TNBC组)。采用免疫组织化学二步法检测NF-κB在乳腺癌中的表达情况,其与病理、预后的关系。结果 TNBC组患者中NF-κB的阳性表达率为59.1%(55/93),高于非TNBC组的44.0%(44/100),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.421,P<0.05);有淋巴结转移者NF-κB阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移者,组织学分级Ⅰ级NF-κB阳性表达率高于Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级,PCNA阳性者NF-κB阳性表达率高于PCNA阴性者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);死亡组患者中NF-κB的阳性表达率为82.3%(14/17),未死亡组为54.0%(41/76),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TNBC患者的NF-κB的阳性表达率高于非TNBC患者,而NF-κB的高表达预示TNBC患者预后差。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the expression of nuclear factor κB( NF-κB) and its relationship with pathology and prognosisin triple negative breast cancer( TNBC). Methods From May 2011 to May 2014,193 cases of breast cancer in Hubei Third People’ s( Zhongshan) Hospital were selected as the research objects,including 93 cases of TNBC( TNBC group),100 cases of non-TNBC( non-TNBC group). Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of NF-κB,and its relationship with pathology and prognosis.Results In the TNBC group,the NF-κB expression rate was 59. 1%( 55 /93),higher than the non-TNBC group[44. 0%( 44 /100) ],and the difference has statistical significance( χ2= 4. 421,P < 0. 05).
