【摘要】 随着肿瘤血管依赖学说的提出,发现了血管生成抑制物内皮抑素。近年来随着研究的深入,对内皮抑素的认识也逐渐增多,有些研究取得了重大成果。该文综述了内皮抑素的发现及其结构、其发挥抑制血管生成作用的机制、在膀胱癌中的表达情况、重组内皮抑素的构建及其在膀胱癌细胞水平、动物模型水平上的研究。深入了解内皮抑素对膀胱癌的作用及机制,为临床应用奠定基础,期待内皮抑素能在膀胱癌等肿瘤的治疗中发挥重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 As some scientists point out that the grow of neoplasms is always accompanied by neovascularization,endostatin as an angiogenesis inhibitor has been discovered. In recent years,with the further research about endostatin,some important progress has been made. Here is to make a review of the discovery of endostatin and its molecular structure,the mechanisms of inhibiting angiogenesis,its expression in bladder cancer,building of recombinant endostatin and the research on the level of bladder cancer cells and animal models. As we get deeper into the role and mechanisms of endostatin in bladder cancer,we made a foundation for the clinical application,with the hope that endostatin may play an important role in the treatment of bladder cancer or other tumors.更多还原
