细胞水平的抗氧化机制研究进展

【摘要】 氧化应激产生多余自由基,导致氧化相关疾病发病。各种内源性与外源性抗氧化物作用于机体细胞,发挥抗氧化作用。抗氧化在细胞水平发挥作用的机制主要有:清除细胞内多余自由基,防止自由基直接对细胞造成损害。上调抗氧化酶活性,减少有毒过氧化产物的生成,可提高细胞氧化防御体系,增强细胞抗氧化能力。保护重要细胞器,主要有内质网与线粒体,预防由线粒体和内质网诱导的细胞凋亡。调节凋亡基因与细胞信号转导途径,从而减少细胞凋亡、增加细胞活力,起到抗氧化作用。

【Abstract】 Many oxidative related diseases are caused by cells oxidative damage and excess free radical.Various endogenous and exogenous antioxidants act on the body cells,and play the antioxidation role. Antioxidant mechanisms on cellular level mainly include: removing excess free radicals in cells,preventing free radical direct damage on cells; upregulating antioxidant enzyme activity and reducing the formation of toxic peroxide product,thus improving oxidative defense system and strengthening anti-oxidation ability; protecting important organelles,mainly including the endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria,preventing cell apoptosis induced by the mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum; regulating apoptosis gene and cell signal transduction pathways,thus reducing the apoptosis and increasing cell vitality.
