【摘要】 化疗相关认知障碍(CRCI)作为常见的化疗副反应广泛地存在于乳腺癌患者中,给其日常生活带来明显的不良影响。已有证据表明,CRCI涉及的领域主要包括注意、记忆和执行功能等。注意是认知活动的基础,因而对任何常态或病态认知过程的研究,都必须对注意功能进行关注。但作为CRCI的一个重要临床表现,注意功能并未获得既往研究的足够重视。本文主要从神经心理学、脑影像学和神经电生理学三个维度对已有乳腺癌CRCI注意功能的研究进行总结分析,并提出今后研究的方向和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chemotherapy-related cognitive impairment(CRCI),as one of the most common side effects of chemotherapy,is widely existed in patients with breast cancer,and may lead to significant negative effects on the patient’s daily life.There has been evidence that CRCI involves attention,memory,executive function,and etc.Attention is a psychological or conscious process to direct to or concentrate on a specific object,which is the fundamental of any other psychological activities,thus must be emphasized enough when studying on any cognitive process,either normal or abnormal.However,as an important clinical manifestation of CRCI,attentional function has not been studied in depth and detail.From the methodological dimensions of neuropsychological tests,brain imaging analysis,and brain electrophysiological measurement(event-related potentials),this paper analyzes and summarizes the results and progress of research concerning the attentional impairments related to chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer,and put forward some suggestions and prospects for the future studies of this direction.更多还原
